Just try to do some form of exercise most days of the week. And stop eating white foods: ie sugar, flour, rice etc.You’ll be fine, at 16 your metabolism is sped up, you just have to be dedicated-Tko

i lose 41kg (90.3lbs) in year. i was 106.6kg before and now im 65.6kg/176CM tall and feels great
just eating less and more exercise. now i have to get my stomach tight….
